At SpineFlow, we believe that a better night’s sleep should be simple, stress-free, and free from hidden delivery charges. That’s why we offer fast, reliable, and completely free delivery on every order.

Please read our delivery policy below so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order with us.

1. Delivery Cost & Timeframes

We keep our delivery process clear and simple.

Estimated Delivery Time: 5–7 working days
Delivery Method: SpineFlow dedicated delivery service

Working days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or UK bank holidays.

2. Premium Unrolled Delivery

Unlike many mattress brands, our mattresses are not rolled or vacuum-packed.

Your SpineFlow mattress is delivered in its full-size, natural shape to help maintain its structure, comfort, edge support, and premium materials. This means your mattress is ready to use the same night, with no need to wait for it to expand.

3. How We Arrange Your Delivery

Once your order has been placed, our team will begin preparing your mattress for delivery.

Within the estimated 5–7 working day timeframe, our delivery team will contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery day.

We will also contact you the day before your scheduled delivery to provide an estimated arrival window, so you can plan your day with confidence.

Tracking information will be provided where available, allowing you to monitor your delivery progress.

4. Delivery Day Expectations

As your mattress will arrive fully expanded, please make sure the access route to your property is clear and safe.

Someone must be available at the property to accept the delivery at the arranged time.

If you need to reschedule your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible before your scheduled delivery day.

5. Damaged or Delayed Orders

We take great care when handling and delivering your mattress. However, if you notice any damage when your order arrives, please inform the delivery team immediately.

If you have any concerns after delivery, or if more than 7 working days have passed and you have not been contacted about your delivery, please get in touch with us right away.

6. Ground Floor Delivery Only

All deliveries are made to the ground floor entrance of the property only.

Our delivery team is not required to carry items upstairs, into rooms, through tight access areas, or into flats above ground level.

Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the ground floor access route is clear and safe.
