We offer a 365-night mattress trial on eligible mattress purchases.

Returned products must meet our return conditions. Items that are damaged, stained, soiled, misused, or otherwise unsuitable for return may be refused or may result in a reduced refund.
Custom, made-to-order, or personalised items may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty.
9. Guarantee
Our mattresses come with a 10-year guarantee covering manufacturing defects.
This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, stains, odours, or damage caused by using an unsuitable bed base or foundation.
